SHIPPING & RETURNS

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

Ready-to-ship items will be dispatched within 1-4 business days.   If a piece needs to be made, delivery will take up to 21 working days.  
Depending on your location, items will take 2-5 business days to arrive at their destination. Items will be sent via registered express post.  Cheree will inform you of time frames, including when the piece is dispatched.  Each item will have a tracking number that can be emailed to you and tracked via the Australia Post website.  You can nominate for additional insurance and signature on delivery (see below)  

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

All international orders will be sent with tracking by airmail through Australia Post.  Delivery time will vary depending on your location.   Allow approximately two (2) weeks for an in-stock item and longer for a made-to-order item.  Some countries charge customs/duties fees payable before you can collect your item. Any International Ground fees incurred are not the responsibility of Cheree Edwards and will need to be paid for by the customer.  Please check the Australia Post website for further information. 

POSTAGE INSURANCE

Insurance is recommended for precious items valued above $100AUD.  Items sent Domestically and Internationally up to the value of $5000AUD are eligible for insurance through Australia Post. Please get in touch with Cheree via email if you would like to add insurance to your shipping.  The cost will be invoiced separately to your order and will vary depending on your location.

COLLECTION

You are welcome to collect your order in person by emailing Cheree to organise a time to collect it from her studio.  Delivery to surrounding areas can be arranged.  $20 will be incurred and added to your final payment. 

RETURNS

Conditions apply.  Please get in touch with Cheree directly for clarification.   

  • If the customer wants to return or exchange a product because of a change of mind, please contact Cheree within seven (7) business days after receiving the item.  

  • Some restrictions apply to exchanges.   We cannot provide a refund for any bespoke or custom design or if any Bespoke Design has been engraved or modified by you or at your instruction. 

  • Any items returned for exchange or refund must be returned in original packaging with the invoice attached.  In the case of a gift, items can be exchanged without an invoice but must be returned in original packaging. 

  • If the exchange has a price difference, the customer will be contacted for payment.

  • Gift recipients are entitled to a non-refundable merchandise credit or exchange.  

  • Returned goods are subject to a quality check. Goods used and worn will not be accepted for return or exchange.

  • If the customer believes the item has been damaged during shipping, please let Cheree know within three (3) days of receipt and include images of the damaged item.  All items are packaged securely and in brand new, untouched, unused condition.

  • Returns may be dropped off if prior notice is given to Cheree.  

  • For posted returns, the customer is responsible for the cost of postage and any additional postage and handling costs incurred by the delivery of the new item. Cheree takes no responsibility for loss or damage when in return transit. Please use a registered postal service to ensure your returned item arrives safely.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
